Refund and Return Policy

Product return

You may return the products for any reason by sending it back to us within 14 days upon receiving the shipment. Please note that refund will be given for unopened and sealed products only. You are responsible for return shipment.

Returning damaged products

In an unlikely event that your product arrived damaged, please fill in a Claim Form bellow and send it to us within 72 hours of receiving the product. It is important to attach photos of the damage.

Our customer service is committed to resolving your problem and will review your claim as quickly as possible. You will receive via email a Return Authorization Form and will be able to send products back by Plants Not Pills™ designated courier at no additional cost.

Standard shipping cost is €4.50
Orders for €150 and over are shipped free within EU
